I've been in the room. Now I'm in your corner.

Ph.D. · 25 years in organizational leadership · 12,000+ hours in conversation with women navigating what's next.

I didn't stumble into this work. I earned my way into it, and then I spent years studying it, to make sure I could do it right.

For most of my career, I followed the expected plan. I rose through corporate leadership to become a senior executive overseeing people, culture, and strategy at a healthcare company that grew from 5,000 to 18,000 employees during my tenure.

I was in board meetings. I was advising at the highest level. I was navigating the particular complexity of being a woman doing high-stakes work, in a room where very few women had been before.

And I often felt like I didn't have the right person in my corner.

So I built it myself. I went back to school and earned my doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Development.

My dissertation wasn't abstract theory, it was an in-depth study inspired by what I’d experienced first-hand. I studied five women CEOs of multi-million-dollar companies, examining how they built agency in their professional lives and what that could mean for every woman behind them.

The principles I drew from that research, and my own personal leadership experiences, are at the foundation of everything I do today.

I have over 25 years at the intersection of people, leadership, and life, and more than 12,000 hours in strategic conversations with women who are navigating something real. This is the work I was built for, and it still fires me up as much as it did on the day I started.

Here’s What Fills My Cup

Being a contemplative and intellectual naturalist, my most meaningful moments include sinking my toes into the cool sandy beaches of the Pacific on a walk with Corey, my husband of 25 years, hiking the Colorado Rockies with my nieces and nephews and their parents, curling up by the fireplace with a good book, my journal and the Bible, or having thought-provoking and enriching conversations with my girlfriends.

Weeknights I decompress with Corey, watching documentaries about history or someone hunting buried treasure, and British whodunits. On weekends I indulge in London Fog tea lattes and a donut or two.

One of my greatest joys is seeing women fully realize their potential. It’s why I show up the way I do.

What I Stand On

These pillars are the guiding principles for my life and the foundation of my practice.

I am love-driven.

I serve others for their benefit, to bless them. My work is not transactional. The investment I make in the women I work with doesn't expire when the engagement ends. I follow up, remember the details, and continue to show up after the work is done.

I am courageous.

I say the hard things. I ask the questions that crack something open. I model the kind of courage I ask of my clients, because I think it's dishonest to ask for bravery you haven't demonstrated yourself.

I live with integrity.

What I say privately is what I'd say publicly. My clients trust me with things they don't say elsewhere. That trust is sacred to me, and I steward it thoughtfully.

I am purposeful and intentional.

I don't take on clients for the sake of volume. I don't produce content for the sake of frequency. Everything I put into the world is deliberate. It is never formulaic or generic.

If this sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd like to hear where you are.

The first conversation is complimentary. No pitch. No pressure. Just a real exchange to see if working together makes sense for you.
