Forward is a Live, 6-Week Small-Group Coaching Experience

Designed to help you:

  1. Understand why you feel weary, without self-blame.

  2. Separate what’s yours to carry from what isn’t, with grace.

  3. Learn how to pause without guilt or pressure.

  4. Regain clarity about what matters now, and consider actions you can take.

  5. Re-enter your life with a plan rooted in steadiness and choice.

You’ll come back to yourself, define what’s most important, and move ahead with clarity.

Not withdrawal. Not numbing. Not another productivity reset.

How It Works

6 weekly live group coaching sessions (60-75 minutes each)

  • Small cohort (limited to 9 women)

  • Guided reflection and discussion

  • A clear progress arc: Reflection → Insight → Re-entry

Format: Live on Zoom (Not Pre-Recorded or Recorded)

Dates: February 18, 2026 - March 25, 2026

Time: Wednesdays at 1:00pm Pacific, 2:00pm Mountain, 3:00pm Central, 4:00pm Eastern

Women in corporate roles, executive positions, or business ownership who cannot simply step away from their lives, even when they are exhausted.

Laurel Emory, Ph.D., MBA, has spent over 14 years coaching women through seasons of responsibility, ambition, transition, and exhaustion.

She works primarily with executive and corporate women and business owners. Women who are expected to function at a high level, even when things are heavy and hard.

Her clients are often navigating multiple roles at once; professional demands, personal responsibilities, and in a cultural time that makes decision-making more charged and tiring.

Many appear steady and capable on the outside, while privately feeling depleted and unsure how to move forward.

FAQs

  1. Is this therapy?

    No. Forward is coaching and facilitated reflection and planning. It does not replace therapy, nor is it designed to treat mental health conditions. It can complement therapy beautifully.

  2. What if I can’t make a session?

    Because this is a live, relational experience, attendance matters. Sessions are not recorded. Please only enroll if you can commit to being present.

  3. Is this faith-based?

    Forward is spiritually spacious and not faith-specific. Women of many backgrounds participate.

  4. Will there be pressure to sign up for 1:1 coaching?

    No. Laurel will share what ongoing support options look like, but there is no pitch or expectation.
