You’ve already become someone remarkable, but you’re not finished yet.
I work with accomplished women at life’s inflection points – career pivots, business recalibration, leadership transitions, a chapter that’s ending, the seasons where everything is on the table.
You feel something stirring, even if you can't name it yet. Maybe…
You are ready to take the next step in your career and aren’t sure how to strengthen your professional presence
Your business is ready for its next phase of growth, and you need strategic guidance for a clear, sustainable path forward
Retirement is on the horizon, and you want to turn your ideas for the future into a thoughtful, intentional plan
You’re seeking fresh perspectives and approaches to support your professional and personal development
Whatever the shift, you're here; and that means something is asking to be looked at.
Get clear on where you’re going, what’s really in the way, and what it will take to get there…without losing all that brought you this far.
The women I work with are sharp, self-aware, and deeply capable. They're often at a crossroads and ready for intentional strategy built around what they need in this moment and for what comes next.
That's exactly what I do.
Before I coached anyone, I was in the room.
I spent over two decades inside organizations, leading people, shaping culture, and sitting at tables where the decisions carried real weight.
Somewhere in the middle of all of it, I became deeply interested in what actually shapes the professional lives of women who lead, so I decided to find out.
My doctoral dissertation studied women CEOs of multi-million-dollar companies: how they built agency in their lives, what differentiated them, and what every woman behind them could learn from their experiences.
I've spent the last 14 years applying that research in 12,000+ hours of conversations with women navigating exactly that territory.
MBA. Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Development.
25 years at the intersection of people, leadership, and life.
I bring all of it into every session.
You don't need to leave half of yourself at the door.
Because your life isn’t meant to be neatly compartmentalized, I work with the whole of you; your work, your life, and the places impossible to separate.
For example, a client may come in for clarity on a business decision. They leave with that, and something more. A shift in how they see themselves, a pattern they finally named, a question they stopped being afraid of.
I bring various experiences and insights to our work together: business consultant, life advisor, leadership coach, executive strategist.

I've always been drawn to the women doing the hard work effectively and quietly…
The ones navigating real stakes, a company at a crossroads, a season of life that didn't have a name yet, or a version of themselves they were still growing into.
Twenty-five years in organizational leadership gave me a front-row seat to what capable women are truly up against. And my doctoral research, studying the professional lives of women CEOs, kept surfacing the same thing: the barrier was never skill or ambition. It was the absence of the right thought-partner at the right moment.
I built this practice to be that.
For the woman who's sharp enough to know she needs someone who can keep up, ask the right question, and not flinch at the complexity of what she's carrying.
For the one who has outgrown the support she started with, or never had it to begin with.
That's the work I do with my clients. And, I look forward to every single conversation.
