I've been where you are.
One person's growth can create a ripple effect. A team's growth can transform your organization’s culture, changing the room they walk into every day, and the results they walk out with.
That's the difference between coaching an individual and coaching a team. When you invest in one leader, you get one leader who thinks more clearly, leads more confidently, and makes better calls. When you invest in a team, you get a culture that runs on trust instead of tension, and that shows up in engagement, in performance, in retention, in the way people talk about your organization when you're not in the room.
I've built both kinds of change. And I’ve not only coached leaders, I’ve been one.
I spent over 25 years inside organizations, most recently leading People, Culture, and Marketing for a $2B healthcare company that grew from 5,000 employees to 18,000 under my leadership. I've written the culture strategy and then watched it live or die based on whether leadership actually believed it and lived it. I've been the person the CEO calls at 9pm, and the person who has to convince the board it’s worth the budget.
I'm not another consultant with a workbook and no scars. When I sit down with your leaders or your team, I already know the pressure they're under, because I've carried it myself.
What This Looks Like for Your Team
Every engagement starts the same way: a real conversation about where your team or organization actually is. From there, we build something specific to your people, your goals, and your culture.
That might look like:
Team & Leadership Retreats
A focused, in-person experience designed to align your leadership team, rebuild trust, and get everyone rowing in the same direction, with clarity that outlasts the offsite.
Group Coaching for Teams
Ongoing coaching for intact teams working through a specific season, like a merger, a leadership transition, a culture reset, rapid growth. Your people learn to lead themselves and each other, together, in real time.
Executive & Leadership Coaching, at Scale
1:1 coaching for the leaders carrying the most weight, delivered in a way that ladders up to your organizational goals, rather than a generic leadership framework pulled off a shelf.
Advisory for People & Culture Leaders
A thinking partner for the person carrying the org's culture on their shoulders. Someone to pressure-test decisions with, translate leadership behavior into business outcomes, and help you make the case for the investment you already know your people need.
Strategic Consulting
Sometimes the issue you can see isn't the issue that needs solving. I help organizations uncover what's beneath recurring challenges by evaluating systems, processes, workflows, and people, then designing practical strategies and initiatives that create meaningful, lasting improvement.
What I'm Actually Looking For (and What You Should Be, Too)
If you're the person responsible for vetting coaches and consultants for your organization, you already know the real question isn't "does this person have a certification." It's: does this person bring the mindset, maturity, experience, and judgment your organization actually needs right now? You want someone who can hold a room of executives and hold a struggling individual contributor with the same steadiness, someone whose presence reinforces the culture you're trying to build instead of working against it.
That's the bar I hold myself to. I'm here to become a trusted extension of your leadership and culture strategy, someone your people trust quickly, and someone you trust to represent you and your organization well.
Let's Talk About Your Team
Whether you're looking for a single retreat, an ongoing partnership, or a strategic advisor for your People & Culture function, let's start with a conversation about what your organization actually needs.
